Grant, chapter 3

Grant Ducati is still apartment hunting. His father had suggested that his friend, Jay Stryker who owns an apartment complex might have something to rent. On the way over, Grant decided that, as intimidated as he felt by the man, he should let the handsome giant know that he was gay before he signed a lease. It turned out that Jay had been eyeing the cute twink for a while, but he had no way of letting the hot little twink know that he was interested. When they get to the apartment, they barely looked at it before they fell down on the bed and little Grant gave up his tight ass to his potential new landlord.
