I got an urgent message from resident Serg Shepard in apartment A101, proclaiming that a lightbulb had gone out and needed changing. I chuckled and shook my head-these Gen Z kids can't do anything on their own. But needless to say, it was my job as the apartment complex handyman to respond when duty called.
